BOE showcases the world’s first 600Hz laptop gaming display

The 2022 World Display Industry Conference attracted many experts and well-known companies from all over the world. As one of the leading companies in the global display industry, BOE presented a number of technology products, including ADS Pro, f-OLED, α-MLED, three major display technology brands, and a series of innovative applications such as smart cockpits.
As a high-end LCD display technology solution independently developed by BOE, ADS Pro has leading advantages such as ultra-high refresh rate, full viewing angle, and hard-screen touch. This time BOE has brought a 75-inch product, which adopts high-contrast and fast-response negative liquid crystal technology, and is equipped with a new generation of high-quality and low-reflection technology. It can achieve 1.14% ultra-low reflectivity, DCI-P3 99.5% ultra-high color gamut, and ADS 3000:1 high contrast ratio, and has added BOE’s self-developed HSR super-resolution frequency multiplication technology, which can achieve excellent image quality comparable to OLED.

BOE 600Hz display

BOE also brought the world’s first 600Hz gaming laptop display with a size of 16 inches. It adopts oxide backplane technology and fast-response LCD technology to bring an extremely smooth operating experience for gaming competitions. BOE launched a 500Hz+ gaming display with low power consumption and an ultra-narrow bezel at the beginning of this year. It is a 27-inch FHD panel with the highest refresh rate in the world. It uses a high-mobility Oxide backplane with a response time of 1 ms and true 8-bit output. It is a pity that it is not yet known when manufacturers will launch devices equipped with these high-refresh screens.

In the exhibition hall, BOE placed the first 17.3-inch ultra-large folding OLED notebook product, with a DCI-P3 color gamut of 100%. If you pay attention to ASUS Zenbook 17 Fold OLED, you will not be unfamiliar with it because it is currently exclusively used by ASUS.

In addition, BOE also demonstrated an 86-inch 4K glass-based active-drive MLED backlight TV, which can provide 1,500 nits of brightness and more than 2,000 partitions to achieve fine light control. At the same time, the 34-inch glass-based Mini LED gaming display can achieve a high refresh rate of 165Hz, an extremely fast response of 1 ms, and ultra-low latency. It has an ultra-high contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1, meets the HDR 1000 certification standard, and brings ultra-fine images.
