During the beta and early access weekends, players will be able to experience the early content of “Diablo IV”, including the prologue and the full first chapter of the story and gameplay. Players can freely explore the first region, “Scosglen”, climb mountains and hills, slay demons, spread their heroic deeds by sweeping through the demon forces, complete interesting tasks provided by local residents, and collect powerful loot from enemies. However, during the “Diablo IV” beta, players can only level up to 25, and beta saves cannot be carried over to the full version of the game.
Three classes will be available during early access: Barbarian, Rogue, and Sorceress. Two additional characters, Druid and the newly announced Necromancer will be added during the public beta starting on the 25th. “Diablo IV” supports up to four players online and up to two players locally, and the PC version natively supports controllers, while the console version does not support keyboard and mouse peripherals at this time.
