Asus will use Noctua’s cooling solution to build GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card
Now many board card manufacturers will cooperate with radiator manufacturers to create their own unique products. As the largest manufacturer of boards and cards, Asus is no exception. It has always had high standards for performance and design. Previously, it has cooperated with EK to launch a customized version of the GeForce RTX graphics card.
According to VideoCardz, ASUS recently submitted documents to the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) showing that it is cooperating with another radiator manufacturer, Noctua, on a new project. I believe that many PC hardware players are familiar with Noctua’s products. Its products are known for their excellent heat dissipation performance and noise control combination, and most of them use beige with brown as the main color. Compared with similar products of other manufacturers, it is easy to distinguish in appearance.
The graphics card model Asus and Noctua cooperated this time is “RTX3070-8G-NOCTUA”, which is obviously a new graphics card that uses Noctua cooling technology. For the time being, I am not sure whether the cooperation between the two parties is limited to this product, or plans to build a new series, and then a series of products equipped with other GPUs will be launched. Previously leaked information indicates that “RTX3070-8G-NOCTUA” will be a graphics card with air-cooled heat dissipation, and the appearance and color tone will also have the characteristics of Noctua products. Someone even made a rendering of this graphics card, but this is probably not the shape of the graphics card that will eventually be put on the retail market.
In fact, in late July, the news of ASUS and Noctua cooperation was reported, but many people just regarded it as rumors. However, there are also enthusiastic users who have sent e-mails to ASUS and Noctua. Although neither party has confirmed or denied whether there is a cooperative relationship, it seems to confirm that a cooperative graphics card is under development.
