AOC launches AGON 27G2ZN3/BK monitor
AOC has announced the launch of its new gaming monitor, the AGON 27G2ZN3/BK. According to AOC, this new product combines esports-level performance with an affordable price, featuring an exceptionally high refresh rate, very low input lag, and rapid response time, providing gamers with a highly competitive gaming monitor.
The 27G2ZN3/BK features a three-sided narrow bezel design and is equipped with a Fast VA panel, offering 8-bit color depth and a viewing angle of 178 degrees (both horizontal and vertical). The aspect ratio is 21:9, with a resolution of FHD (1920 x 1080), a refresh rate of 280Hz, a GtG response time of 1ms, and an MPRT response time (through MBR settings) of 0.5ms. The monitor boasts a brightness of 300 nits, a static contrast ratio of 4000:1, and a dynamic contrast ratio of 80,000,000:1. It covers 92.2% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and 123.3% of the sRGB color gamut, supports HDR10, and features AdaptiveSync technology to eliminate screen tearing and stuttering, ensuring smoother and more stable gameplay.
This monitor supports DC dimming and flicker-free technology, and is equipped with a low blue light setting that can be adjusted as needed to effectively reduce harmful short-wave blue light, alleviating eye strain and extending gaming sessions. The included G-MENU adjustment software allows for customization of color and brightness for each game, setting personal macros, and quickly switching between game modes. Additionally, it supports MBR low motion blur, GAME COLOR, shadow control, and an on-screen crosshair.
The 27G2ZN3/BK is equipped with two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 port, and an audio jack. It features a multifunctional ergonomic stand with height adjustment from 0 to 130mm, horizontal swivel from -30° to 30°, tilt from -4° to 21.5°, and vertical rotation from -90° to 90°. It also supports 100 x 100 mm VESA wall mounting, making it convenient for use with arm stands.
The new product has already been launched, priced at £189.99, and comes with a three-year warranty.
