AMD Ryzen 7 7700 and Ryzen 5 7600 appear: The base frequency is 3.8GHz
AMD’s first release of Zen 4 architecture Ryzen 7000 series processors has a total of four, including the Ryzen 9 7950X, Ryzen 9 7900X, Ryzen 7 7700X, and Ryzen 5 7600X. These models are generally considered to be aimed at relatively high-end gaming PCs, which are not necessarily suitable for ordinary users, and the construction cost of the AM5 platform is not superior to competitors. This has prompted AMD to slash the price of its Ryzen 7000 series processors recently.
In addition to price cuts, AMD will also offer new Ryzen 7000 series processors, further reducing the cost of building AM5 platforms for more users. The Ryzen 7 7800X and Ryzen 3 7300X appeared in Geekbench’s database some time ago. Recently, AMD Ryzen 7 7700 and Ryzen 5 7600 two products without the “X” suffix appeared in SiSoftware’s database, but the former has appeared before, and the latter is the first time.
The AMD Ryzen 5 7600 has 6 cores and 12 threads like the Ryzen 5 7600X, with a base frequency of 3.8 GHz, which is 900 MHz lower than the latter. The AMD Ryzen 7 7700 is no different from the previous information, the base frequency is also 3.8 GHz, which is 700 MHz lower than the Ryzen 7 7700X, and the acceleration frequency is rumored to be 5.3 GHz. Both the Ryzen 7 7700 and Ryzen 5 7600 have a 40W lower TDP at 65W due to the lower frequency.
