The new Aurora R15 console is powered by Intel’s 13th-generation Core processors, paired with DDR5 memory, and optional Nvidia GeForce RTX 30/40 series or AMD Radeon RX 6000 series graphics cards, powered by an 80 PLUS Platinum power supply. Power supplies up to 1350W are designed to support Nvidia’s flagship GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card.

In order to ensure a better heat dissipation effect to achieve high-performance continuous output, the new Aurora R15 host can optionally be upgraded to 240mm CRYO-TECH water cooling.  There are a total of five 120mm fans including the 240 water cooling, two front, one rear, and two upper 240 water cooling fans. Added hexagonal honeycomb cooling holes to increase the cooling flow on the side of the chassis.

According to Alienware, the newly designed Aurora R15 mainframe delivers 58 percent more power to the processor, delivering double-digit performance gains while running a 5˚ cooler. The new cooling system increases airflow in the case by 19%, reducing noise by 66% in CPU-intensive tasks and 9% in GPU-intensive tasks.

The Tenkeyless Gaming Keyboard (AW420K) features a streamlined design with a slim profile that simplifies the player’s desktop and leaves more room for the mouse. The small size is also ideal for players who often carry it around, easily putting it in a backpack.

Earlier this year, Alienware launched its first QD-OLED gaming monitor, the AW3423DW, a 34-inch ultra-wide curved monitor. The AW3423DWF launched this time has an additional “F” on the model, which is simplified on the basis of the original model.

The AW3423DWF still uses a 34-inch QD-OLED panel with a resolution of 3440 x 1440, a curvature of 1800R, and a refresh rate of 165Hz, and canceled the support for G-Sync Ultimate, only supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, and also reduced one HDMI 2.0 interface, leaving two DP 1.4 interfaces and one HDMI 2.0 interface. To differentiate visually, the display is black instead of contrasting black and white, and the RGB halo behind it has also been removed.

Alienware said that the pricing of the new Aurora R15 console will be announced closer to launch; the price of the Tenkeyless gaming keyboard is $129.99; the price of the AW3423DWF gaming monitor is $1099.99.
