Adobe releases final security update to Flash Player
Adobe today released the last security update to the Adobe Flash Player player. This player will completely end its support on December 31, 2020. However, it is unlikely that Adobe will release a new security update at the end of this month. Think of it as the date when Adobe completely ended its support for Adobe Flash Player.
In the last security update, Adobe routinely fixed the security vulnerabilities discovered by the company itself and security vulnerabilities submitted by third-party researchers.
It is worth noting that Adobe has decided to block any Flash content from running on Adobe Flash Player from January 12, 2021. This is restricted by Adobe through a server-side policy. Users will not be able to modify this option, which means no one can continue to run Flash content.
