Adobe announced the launch of a new generative AI called “Sensei GenAI”
After announcing the launch of its AI-powered technology, “Firefly,” Adobe further announced the launch of a new generative AI, “Sensei GenAI,” to reshape end-to-end marketing workflows.
The “Sensei GenAI” will identify unique business needs and generate commercially safe and usable content using Adobe Experience Platform’s large language models (LLMs) and integrating its AI-powered technology, “Firefly.”
The “Sensei GenAI” will be integrated into Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Marketo Engage, and Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform to support personalized content, copywriting, and conversational experiences.
“Adobe has a long history of unlocking AI as a co-pilot for marketers, and we have a vision for generative AI that covers the full lifecycle of customer experience management, with the enterprise-grade security and data governance that our customers expect,” said Amit Ahuja, senior vice president, Digital Experience Business at Adobe. “Business growth is driven by customer experiences, and generative AI is a transformative, foundational technology that will impact every aspect of how brands connect with their customers.”
Through the integration of Microsoft Azure OpenAI’s ChatGPT service and various large language models (LLMs), including FLAN-T5, “Sensei GenAI” will enable brands to instantly produce and modify any text-based experience at any customer touchpoint, tailoring these experiences to the organization’s unique needs, from brand guidelines and product-specific vocabulary to customer insights.
These innovative technologies are based on the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), which brings together customer data and content under a unified language model. This rich dataset enables brands to train generative AI models based on exclusive and comprehensive customer insights, fine-tuning the output of brand-specific use cases.
