Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17763 will be RTM version
Microsoft is now finalising the Windows 10 October 2018 update (also known as Redstone 5 and Release 1809) and expects the RTM version to appear at any time. According to several sources, Windows 10 build 17763 may be a lucky number because Microsoft chose RTM before the global launch next month.
Build 17763 was released to users in the Fast Ring earlier this month, and last week it was promoted to Slow. Typically, this happens when the build is considered to be more stable and has higher reliability.
If this version is indeed an RTM updated in October 2018, it should be pushed to users in the Release Preview ring sometime in the next few days. All in-house personnel will receive the RTM version at the end of this month, and Microsoft will release other cumulative updates to fix the remaining errors.
WZor which have been reliable sources have pointed out that the construction of 17763 is evidence that RTM was updated in October 2018, although Microsoft has not provided any relevant information so far.
😜📢Microsoft's #OEM partners told me that on September 21, 2018, the final release of Windows Server 2019, Version 1809, #LTSC and #SAC was signed.

The release plan for the October 2018 update, which was leaked earlier this month, allegedly indicates that Microsoft plans to sign the RTM version in mid-September. According to WZor, this milestone was reached on September 21. Windows 10 build 17763 has been released to the Slow Ring on September 20.
Interestingly, building 17763 actually brings two different known issues, but if this is an RTM build, then we need to assume that Microsoft has solved them and they will be fixed on all systems with cumulative updates.
