Western Digital releases 6TB 2.5-inch portable mechanical hard drive
With the rapid growth of data content, larger and more affordable mobile storage devices have become a “must-have” for many. Western Digital recently launched a 6TB 2.5-inch portable mechanical hard drive, currently the largest capacity 2.5-inch portable mechanical hard drive in the world. The WD My Passport portable hard drive series, the WD_BLACK P10 game drive, and the SanDisk Professional G-DRIVE ArmorATD series under Western Digital will be updated with 6TB capacity products, providing more robust solutions for consumers, gamers, and professionals.

Specifically, the My Passport series will include the My Passport Ultra and My Passport models. The 6TB version of the My Passport Ultra is priced at $199.99, while the 6TB version of the My Passport is $179.99, and with the addition of a USB-C port, it is priced at $184.99. The 6TB version of the WD_BLACK P10 game drive is priced at $184.99, with an estimated capacity to hold 150 standalone games. The 6TB version of the SanDisk Professional G-DRIVE ArmorATD is priced at $229.99. The My Passport series and the WD_BLACK P10 game drive are already available overseas, while the SanDisk Professional G-DRIVE ArmorATD will be launched at the end of the month. Currently, there are no related products listed on domestic e-commerce platforms.
