ViewSonic launches two new monitors, 4K and 2K
ViewSonic launches two new professional-level monitors, namely VP2756-4K and VP2765-2K. Both monitors will be new members of ViewSonic’s VP series. The price starts from a minimum of $386.99.
Although these two monitors have the word VP in the model, they are classified as the new ColorPro series. The two monitors have a lot in common. Both are 27-inch and use IPS panels. They have a 3-sided narrow bezel design and the main focus is on color accuracy. ViewSonic officially stated that the VP2756-4K and VP2765-2K have been color calibrated at the factory, the color standard Delta E is less than 2, and they are certified by Pantone.
In addition, VP2756-4K and VP2765-2K also have a full-featured USB Type-C interface, which can be used to provide up to 60W power supply for mobile devices such as notebooks and mobile phones, and simultaneously access video and audio signals. The USB Type-C interface is now almost a standard configuration for the main business or creator display, after all, it can greatly accelerate the creation.
However, since there are two monitors, there are of course differences between VP2756-4K and VP2765-2K. First of all, the resolution of VP2756-4K is 3840*2160 4K, and it is a 10-bit panel using 8-bit + FRC. The VP2756-2K has a 2K resolution of 2560*1440, and the color depth is only 8-bit. The VP2756-4K has an HDMI 2.0 interface, while the VP2765-2K has an HDMI interface of only 1.4.
The prices of the VP2756-4K and VP2765-2K launched this time are $511.99 and $386.99 respectively. It is also within the generally acceptable range, and users who are interested can pay attention to it later.
