Team Group launched the new T-CREATE series CFexpress Type B memory card

Team Group has announced that its creator brand, T-CREATE, is launching two storage cards aimed at high-quality content creation: the T-CREATE EXPERT CFexpress Plus Type B and T-CREATE EXPERT CFexpress Type B. The company asserts that these new products will effectively liberate the performance of digital single-lens reflex cameras (DSLRs), cinema cameras, and high-end mirrorless cameras, fulfilling creators’ needs for high-speed continuous shooting, while also enabling long-term stable capture of high-quality 4K and 8K RAW footage at high bit rates.

Both the T-CREATE EXPERT CFexpress Plus Type B and T-CREATE EXPERT CFexpress Type B conform to the CFexpress standard, boasting maximum write speeds of 1700MB/s and read speeds of 1800MB/s, thus ensuring efficient data transfer. The T-CREATE EXPERT CFexpress Plus Type B specifically employs advanced pSLC technology, elevating the storage card’s read-write efficiency to a level akin to SLC, with enhanced durability, allowing creators to consistently maintain 1600MB/s speeds for long-term stable shooting.

The T-CREATE EXPERT CFexpress Plus Type B utilizes the PCIe 3.0 x2 interface with a maximum capacity of 1.3TB, capable of continuous shooting of nearly 4 hours of 800Mbps 8K RAW files, with a TBW of up to 28000, offering unparalleled creative experience. Similarly, the T-CREATE EXPERT CFexpress Type B also employs the PCIe 3.0 x2 interface with a maximum capacity of 2TB, allowing nearly 6 hours of continuous shooting of 800Mbps 8K RAW files.

Team Group asserts that the T-CREATE EXPERT CFexpress Plus Type B and T-CREATE EXPERT CFexpress Type B have undergone rigorous compatibility testing, ensuring compatibility with XQD specification cameras and camcorders. Furthermore, Team Group provides a five-year evening warranty for these products, offering data recovery services within the warranty period, thus ensuring the most secure data storage experience for creators.

As of now, Team Group has not disclosed the specific pricing or release dates for these new storage cards.
