Sony LinkBuds S headphone renderings exposed

Sony released an open-ended true wireless headphone, LinkBuds, in February this year, which is highly recognizable in terms of design. Recently, according to Twitter user @_snoopytech_, Sony plans to launch a new headset product called LinkBuds S in the near future, and also exposed the rendering of this new headphone.

Judging from the exposed pictures, the Sony LinkBuds S is very different in appearance from the Sony LinkBuds released in February. LinkBuds is ergonomic and does not completely close the ear canal after wearing it, but leaves a hole in the middle, allowing users to feel the changes in the surrounding environment when wearing headphones to listen to the sound.

The appearance of the new Sony LinkBuds S looks very ordinary, similar in design to conventional wireless headphones, with few highlights, and it is available in gold and black colors. The function and price are still unknown, but the media expects that the positioning of this new product is lower than that of Sony LinkBuds, so it may enter the market as a mid-range product.

In contrast, the Sony LinkBuds has a built-in dedicated ring drive unit and integrated processor V1, which can bring clear and thorough sound quality. The headset weighs only 4.1g, which is quite lightweight. In terms of battery life, the headphone can last about 17.5 hours with a single battery life supplemented by the charging box.
