Sapphire Radeon RX 570 mining card appeared with two Polaris 20 GPUs and 16GB RAM

AMD Polaris architecture now seems to be a relatively old architecture. In the past, it relied on higher cost performance to occupy a place in the consumer market. In addition, due to its good performance in mining, Polaris-based products have always been favored by miners. In the past few years, the price of Radeon RX 470/RX 480/RX 570/RX 580 graphics cards will rise whenever the cryptocurrency market seems good. Although these graphics cards are not outstanding in mining compared to the new generation of graphics cards, they still perform well.

According to VideoCardz reports, a graphics card equipped with dual Radeon RX 570 cores appeared on the Internet recently. Through the hidden logo, it can be confirmed that it is a Sapphire product. Radeon RX 570 has 2048 stream processors and is equipped with 4GB/8GB video memory. It belongs to the second-generation Polaris architecture (Polaris 20XL) and was originally positioned in the mainstream market. Sapphire managed to put two GPUs on a PCB while only providing one HDMI interface. Obviously, this is a graphics card specially designed for mining.

GPU-Z cannot fully recognize this graphics card, but it can be confirmed to be a product based on Radeon RX 570. The basic frequency is 1120 MHz, the acceleration frequency is 1150 MHz, the video memory frequency is 2100 MHz, and a total of 16GB of video memory. It is understood that this graphics card is equipped with two 8Pin external power ports, through two GPUs can provide a hash rate close to 60 MH/s, the total power consumption is 156W.

Radeon RX 570 is manufactured on a 14nm process and is produced by GlobalFoundries. Sapphire’s graphics card doesn’t take into account the use other than mining. If there is no demand in this area, general users don’t need to buy this product.
