With the opening of the beta test, this product has an official name, called Razer Zephyr.
Recently, Razer Zephyr has been officially sold, the price is $99.99, including the included 3 sets of filter packs, Razer’s recommended use time is 9 days. In addition, there is a special filter package sold separately, 10 sets (use time is 30 days) for $29.99, which is convenient for users to wear and use for a long time.
Razer said that Razer Zephyr is a “Grade Filters with Two-Way Protection” respirator that can block up to 99% of particles below 0.3 microns. The mask is made of recycled plastic with a waterproof and scratch-resistant shell, using a removable and rechargeable active ventilator and a high bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) smart cabin, which can adjust the airflow to obtain the best ventilation effect. It has active air cooling and regulation function. The embedded fan can be switched between 4200 RPM (low) and 6200 RPM (high) after being turned on. The mask will release the exhaled carbon dioxide to prevent it from accumulating in the mask while allowing cold air to enter. The wireless quick refill box can disinfect the mask with the disinfection of ultraviolet rays.
Razer Zephyr has a built-in microphone and amplifier and uses “VoiceAmp” technology to allow users to better communicate with the outside world. In addition, its transparent design allows others to see the user’s facial expressions and even read lip language. If the user is in the dark, the internal lighting of the mask will be automatically activated, and it can be used with Razer Chroma RGB lights. In order to power the fans and lights, the Razer Zephyr has a battery that can be charged through the USB Type-C port. When the fan rotates at a low speed and the lights are turned off, the battery life is 8 hours.
