Radeon RX 7900 series non-public and public products will be listed simultaneously

AMD’s new generation of Radeon RX 7900 XTX and Radeon RX 7900 XT graphics cards based on RDNA 3 architecture GPUs will be available for sale on December 13, 2022. The suggested retail prices are $999 and $899, respectively. The Radeon RX 7900 series of public graphics cards will be listed as soon as possible. As for whether non-public products will participate in the first launch, it has been uncertain. At the earliest, it was reported that the launch would be delayed by 1 to 2 weeks, but some manufacturers responded that some products were ready to be launched simultaneously.

Boardchannels stated that AMD has canceled the sales of its partners’ Radeon RX 7900 series public graphics cards, and at the same time hopes that some brands can directly launch non-public products simultaneously. Of course, this approach is a test for major graphics card manufacturers, so not all non-public products of AMD graphics card partners can participate in the first launch, and most of them will be delayed by 1 to 2 weeks.

It is understood that the brands that can follow up on the first sale on December 13 may include Sapphire, XFX, and PowerColor.  It is not clear which Radeon RX 7900 XTX and Radeon RX 7900 XT non-public graphics cards will be available. Other brands need to wait a little longer, including Asus, which has released Radeon RX 7900 series non-public graphics cards.
