Philips launches TAG5106 gaming headset

Philips announced the launch of the TAG5106 head-mounted wireless gaming headset, which is suitable for PCs, game consoles, smartphones, and other platforms. The headset supports two wireless connection modes of Bluetooth 5.2 and 2.4G. Users can switch between the two modes at will by pressing the button, and also supports wired connection through the 3.5mm headphone jack. Philips claims that the headset can provide good gaming audio and mobile music experience.

The appearance of TAG5106 is black, with a size of 8.2×22.2x19cm. It adopts a detachable microphone design, which is convenient for users to go out. There is an LED light strip on the left and right sides of the earphone. It can only display three colors red, green, and blue, and supports light effects. The earphones are ergonomically designed. Users can adjust the adaptive head beam to a suitable width. The ear pads are made of artificial leather and memory foam materials to ensure long-lasting wearing comfort.

The earphone adopts a 50mm neodymium magnet drive unit, closed design, tuned by professional acoustic engineers, providing bass enhancement, distance perception, distinguishing between far and near fields, etc., to enhance the player’s sense of substitution; the impedance is 32Ω, the maximum input power is 20mW, the sensitivity is 101 dB/mW, and the frequency response is 20-20000Hz; supports DTS Headphone:X 2.0, a technology developed by DTS to allow headphone users to enjoy multi-speaker home theater-level sound quality. When the LED light strip is turned off, the headset can last up to 45 hours.
