Recently, Palit released a trailer for a new graphics card, which may herald the launch of new products. In the trailer, Palit showed a modified customized GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics card, but Palit did not have a new series of upcoming launches or just an event for existing products. This special graphics card has the same design as the existing GamingPro graphics card but uses a new color-changing paint. Under different viewing angles, the color will change and change with light conditions. Palit calls it the Chameleon series.
In addition, Zotac released the new GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Twin Edge OC LHR and GeForce RTX 3070 Twin Edge OC LHR graphics cards, both of which use GA104 GPUs. GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Twin Edge OC LHR has 4864 CUDA cores (up to 1695 MHz), GeForce RTX 3070 Twin Edge OC LHR has 5888 CUDA cores (up to 1755 MHz), both of which use the IceStorm 2.0 cooling scheme. Zotac has also introduced a similar graphics card before, this time it is an update based on the GeForce RTX 30 LHR series GPU.
The two graphics cards look similar, but there is a difference in overall size. The overall size of the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Twin Edge OC LHR is 221.1 × 115.6 × 38.2 mm. The overall size of the GeForce RTX 3070 Twin Edge OC LHR is 231.9 × 141.3 × 41.5 mm. Both are equipped with two 8Pin external power ports, providing three DisplayPort 1.4a ports and one HDMI 2.1 port.
According to Hermitage Akihabara, these two graphics cards are currently available in Japan, and other regions should follow.
