NZXT launches the pre-built gaming PCs – the Player series
As a PC component manufacturer, NZXT’s product range is no longer limited to chassis and coolers. They have also delved into motherboards, power supplies, keyboards, mice, and even monitors. Considering their diverse range of products, it’s not surprising that NZXT has released complete PCs. According to Windows Central and NZXT Twitter, the Player series of complete PCs comes in three levels, each with an optional Prime upgrade.
The Player: Three is the best of the series. The base model features an NZXT H7 Flow chassis and an NZXT Kraken X63 280mm liquid cooler and is equipped with an i7-13700KF and RTX 4070 Ti, 2x 16GB DDR4-3200 RAM, and 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD. Its Prime upgrade version is based on the NZXT H7 Elite chassis and retains the same cooler, but is equipped with an i9-13900KF and RTX 4090, 4x 16GB DDR4-3200 RAM, and 2x 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD.
The middle-level Player: Two offers better value for money. It is based on the AMD Ryzen 5000 platform rather than the latest Ryzen 7000. The base configuration is Ryzen 5 5600X + RTX 3070, and the Prime configuration is Ryzen 7 5800X + RTX 4070 Ti. Both models are built on an NZXT H5 Elite chassis and an NZXT Kraken 120 liquid cooler. These configurations are suitable for 2K gaming.
The more mainstream Player: One uses an NZXT H5 Flow chassis and the Gammax GTE V2 tower air cooler. The base configuration is i5-12400F + RTX 3050, while the Prime configuration is i5-12600K + RTX 3060 Ti. These configurations are intended for players primarily focused on 1080P gaming.
In terms of pricing, the Player: One starts at $1049, the Player: Two is $1499, and the Player: Three is $2499. In addition, the most powerful Player: Three Prime version costs $3899. Considering that these are complete PCs from NZXT, which also come with a 2-year warranty, the price seems reasonable.
