Nvidia to supply a large number of GTX 1650 to alleviate GPU shortage

The news from Nvidia’s authorized manufacturers is that the company plans to provide a large number of old GPU cards to authorized manufacturers to increase shipments from the end of this month.

These cards are mainly Nvidia GTX 1650. At present, this graphics card is already a low-end graphics card, so the overall shipment volume is relatively low.

But after all, there is an urgent need for graphics cards in the market, and even low-end cards are also needed. This is why Nvidia is preparing to provide a large number of cards to authorized manufacturers.

At the same time, the authorized manufacturer’s message also stated that the Nvidia GTX 1650, which will soon be available in large quantities, will be mainly targeted at the Chinese market to replenish the graphics card inventory.

The TU 117 core of the graphics card is based on a 12-nanometer process and Turing architecture, with 896 stream processors and 4GB of GDDR5/GDDR6 video memory.

The reason for choosing this graphics card is that Nvidia has discontinued the production of RTX20 series graphics cards, and RTX30 series graphics cards belong to the middle and high-end graphics cards. The production capacity is very tight.
