Microsoft will share information about Windows 10 19H2 soon
Perhaps, Windows 10 19H2 released this fall may be just a minor update. Small updates won’t bring a lot of new features or even new features that may not be too obvious. So a lot of new features are delayed until the major version update next spring.
There will be plenty of time to test 19H2. We get a lot of value out of the Slow ring. You shouldn't worry – this will all play out and we'll communicate the details once we've locked on them. Important not to put artificial timelines on these things.

The current Fast Ring mainly tests Windows 10 Version 2003 20H1 version. However, Microsoft engineers said that the company still has enough time to test the fall update, and if there is no accident, this version will be tested on the Slow Ring. In addition, the engineer also said that there is no need to worry that because they are all within the plan, Microsoft will share relevant information publicly when the plan is completed, but there is no timetable. From this content, we can speculate that there will be a new version of the Slow Ring soon, which is a branch version based on Windows 10 19H2.
Only the Slow Ring is used and the time is now sufficient, indicating that the Windows 10 19H2 improvements are not too big and will not cause major problems.
