Microsoft will not bring Windows Sets back to Windows 10 20H1 Build 19481
Microsoft has been discontinued the Windows Sets feature for a year, but there are still some users who want it to be able to return to the Windows 10 20H1 update. Recently, however, Microsoft senior project manager Brandon LeBlanc made it clear on Twitter that this feature will not appear in Windows 10 Build 19481.
Nope.

The Windows Sets feature allows users to open multiple tabs on any native app, just like the current popular browsers. Windows Sets does not seem to have any room for recovery, and future hopes still exist.
Earlier, Microsoft said that Windows Sets was only temporarily removed and will be added back to the feature as soon as it is complete and ready. In summary, Microsoft seems to be not ready yet, and it is not clear when Windows Sets will come back.
