Microsoft: the Snipping tool will be improved and pre-installed in Windows 11
Since Windows 10, Microsoft has developed a new screenshot tool, the snip and sketch application, which is pre-installed in the system and supports more functions.
The classic snipping tool can also continue to be used, but the functions are relatively small. What I did not expect is that Microsoft is now preparing to upgrade the snipping tool.
Microsoft Chief Product Officer Panos Panay posted on Twitter that the snipping tool will be upgraded and pre-installed on Windows 11.
Here is a first look at the new #Windows11 Snipping Tool. Coming to #WindowsInsiders soon! Great work from the team #pumped pic.twitter.com/pvlhKp1Eia

At present, you can see from the demo video that the snipping tool does not seem to have many new features, but Microsoft has also redesigned the snipping icon.
If nothing happens, Microsoft may bring a new version of the snipping tool in the recent Windows 11 development preview. Of course, the snip and sketch applications will continue to be pre-installed.
