Microsoft releases October 2020 cumulative updates for Windows 10
Microsoft has now released routine cumulative updates to all supported versions of Windows 10. This cumulative update fixes security vulnerabilities with multiple severity levels.
It is recommended that users who still use the old version should upgrade to the new supported version as soon as possible. The old version cannot get security updates and therefore cannot fix the vulnerabilities.
Having said that, every cumulative update released by Microsoft always fixes old problems and brings new problems. Therefore, we do not recommend that you install updates immediately.
If you are pursuing high efficiency and stability, it is recommended to postpone the installation of the latest cumulative update for half a month to prevent other serious problems in the cumulative update from affecting normal use.
