Microsoft releases KB4509479/4509478/4509477/4509476 update to solve iSCSI connection problems
Microsoft has now released a cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1703/1709/1803/1809 to fix Internet Small Computer System Interface (iSCSI) connectivity issues with previous versions.
iSCSI is an important storage class connectivity tool for enterprises, so Microsoft is actively looking for solutions to solve this problem. It should be noted that there are still some time slots between the current month and the cumulative release of the next month. These cumulative updates are now rolled out with a test nature that should not be deployed on a large scale. Microsoft said the update is primarily intended to address the issue of iSCSI connectivity to a regional storage network (SAN) where the target cannot respond to login requests in a timely manner.
Interested enterprise network administrators can download updates for testing in advance, and Microsoft will release the official version of the update next month in consideration of large-scale deployment.
