Microsoft may adjust Windows 10 volume control buttons

Since the Windows 8 era, Microsoft has continued to use the volume progress bar in the upper-left corner of the screen. Users can see the volume bar if they adjust it with the keyboard volume control keys.

This style has been used for 8 years and has never been adjusted until recently windowslatest disclosed that Microsoft is adjusting the volume control component in Windows 10.

The main feature of the new volume control is the integration of media control and audio output device switching. In simple terms, it integrates all audio-related content.

From the screenshot, you should be able to understand what the new volume control style incorporates. In fact, it is to integrate the currently scattered control buttons.

The new volume control pop-up window actually integrates volume adjustment, media playback control, and output devices.

For example, when I want to switch between external speakers and headphones, pressing the volume button on the keyboard or clicking the taskbar speaker button can bring up the same interface.

After switching the audio output device, I can also adjust the volume or set play or pause directly in the control component, which is simplified for the user.

Windowslatest said that there is currently no specific release time for this feature. If it goes well, we expect to see changes in the beta version launched at the end of this year.
