Microsoft’s latest keyboard has added office and emoji dedicated buttons. Earlier this year, Microsoft began experimenting with installing office buttons on the keyboard, and now the company has added the button to its new Bluetooth Keyboard and Ergonomic keyboard.

Microsoft will introduce a new keyboard on October 15 that will be added to the new Bluetooth and ergonomic keyboard on the right side of the space button. Among them, the Office button replaces the Windows button that was originally on the right side, and the user can launch the Windows 10 version of the Office suite. Simply put, the Office button can be used as a shortcut to start Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more. For example, the Office key + W key can open Word; Office key + X key can open Excel.

In addition to the Office key, Microsoft also added an emoji emoticon, located on the right side of the Office key, which will load the Windows10 Emoji Selector when pressed. Although Microsoft introduced these new keyboards last week, it will not be available in stores until October 15. The ergonomic keyboard is priced at $59.99; the Bluetooth keyboard is priced at $49.99, supports Bluetooth 5.0, and has a battery life of up to 3 years. It’s worth mentioning that the Office and Emoji buttons only work when running Windows 10.
