Microsoft Bing Search starts displaying AMP pages
The mobile web acceleration program launched by Google is now welcoming heavyweight partners: Microsoft Bing Search has announced support for AMP-modified mobile web pages.
The AMP Acceleration Program is primarily Google’s search for mobile users. Developers host web resources on Google servers so that users can load them instantly.
Microsoft Bing searched for the latest announcement:
Microsoft is pleased to inform you that Microsoft supports the AMP project on a global scale. The first phase mainly supports the acceleration of news sites in various countries and regions.
Microsoft plans to launch the AMP Acceleration page in stages, so some sites in some countries and regions may not be included in the search results for the time being.
But it doesn’t matter that we will add more AMP websites in the next time, and click on the search results with the lightning bolt to load instantly.
At present, the development of the Google AMP project is approaching maturity, and more and more web pages are beginning to be transformed, although there are still controversial issues in the monopoly.
But even so, in addition to Google search, search engine giants such as China’s Baidu search and Microsoft’s Bing search have begun to support the AMP project.
