Microsoft added a lock screen desktop 3D parallax effect in Windows 11
At the end of last year, Microsoft seems to be developing new personalized features. When the laptop or tablet computer shakes, the lock screen wallpaper also shakes.
It should be said that this function should be provided for tablets or mobile devices because this function can only be used when the device contains an accelerometer and a gyroscope.
Without these hardware sensors, the system cannot sense the orientation change of the device, so most hardware may not be able to use this lock screen 3D parallax effect.
In Windows 11, Microsoft has completed the development of the 3D parallax effect of the lock screen, and some developers can activate the function after some special changes.
The function is located on the personalized, lock screen page, but there is only one switch without an item description, which means that Microsoft should not be officially provided to users in the test. As for what the so-called 3D parallax effect looks like, you can click here to experience it in the browser.
Some of Microsoft’s own tablets such as Microsoft Surface should support this function, and other laptops and desktops are basically unavailable.
