Kaspersky began to launch free anti-virus software for Windows

According to foreign media reports, Kaspersky Lab is one of the world’s leading network security companies, and it is also popular antivirus and network security products – most of the commercial products developers. However, after testing the pilot version in a small area for a year and a half, now, the company announced the launch of a completely free antivirus product – Kaspersky Free.

 

Kaspersky believes that many users do not have the ability to buy high-end protection products, so they had to use “unsafe” free software, so the company thought of launching such a product. In addition, the free means more users, and this can play a large amount of data to improve and machine learning and get a more safe use of the environment.

Kaspersky Free contains all the essential elements of anti-virus software: files, mail, web antivirus, automatic updates, self-protection, isolation and so on.

 

Kaspersky said that this free antivirus software will not compete with the paid version of anti-virus software, which will also include such as parental control, online payment protection, secure connection (VPN) and other functions.

It is understood that Kaspersky Free launched the time just Kaspersky’s 20-year-old birthday. The next wave will be completed in the next four months: the first wave will be in the United States, Canada and many countries in the Asia-Pacific region; then India, China Hong Kong, Middle East, Africa, Turkey, Latin America (September); European countries, Japan, Korea (October); and finally Vietnam, Thailand (November).

Obviously, Microsoft launched the free protection software Windows Defender has affected the commercial antivirus software market, so Kaspersky development Kaspersky Free is not surprising.
