Micrsoft released the ISOs for 20H1 Build 18970 and 19H2 Build 18363.327
If you want to completely reinstall Windows 10, there is good news here to tell you. Microsoft just released the ISO image of Windows 10 20H1 build 18970 and 19H2 build 18363.327 today. In the announcement, Brandon LeBlanc from the Windows Insider team emphasized that “Build 18363 is incorrectly labeled as “Slow” – we are fixing to say Release Preview. Also note: THIS IS NOT THE FINAL 19H2 BUILD. It’s not done.”
Hey #WindowsInsiders, we have released the ISOs for 20H1 Build 18970 and 19H2 Build 18363.327 today. Please note: Build 18363 is incorrectly labeled as "Slow" – we are fixing to say Release Preview. Also note: THIS IS NOT THE FINAL 19H2 BUILD. It's not done.

In addition, LeBlanc clearly pointed out that 19H2 Build 18363.327 is not the “final RTM version” and will release more version updates in the future. As a follow-up feature update for Windows 10 Version 1903, the 19H2 version ushered in a different test process and A/B testing for Slow and Release Preview channel users. However, the update range is not very large, mainly to optimize background performance and repair bugs.
