Google, Xiaomi and OPPO will launch folding screen phones this year

According to the latest report from the media, Samsung Display is developing a new foldable display panel, and then sell it to Google, Xiaomi, and OPPO after commercial mass production.

The news of Google’s Pixel Fold folding screen mobile phone came out last summer. Today’s news is that Google is purchasing a 7.6-inch display from Samsung’s display department. This may indicate that Pixel Fold will be similar to the design of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2.

OPPO chose to use the same Samsung Galaxy Z Flip design, but OPPO’s folding screen mobile phone screen is larger than Z Flip’s 6.7 inches, OPPO’s 7.7 inches, and the secondary screen will be between 1.5 and 2 inches.

Finally, Xiaomi will purchase 8.03-inch foldable display panels from Samsung and CSOT, as well as a 6.83-inch secondary display panel, which means that it may be like the Galaxy Z Fold 2.
