Google Stadia supports Pixel 2 and Pixel 4 phone
Google recently announced the expansion of Google Stadia’s first support device scale, in addition to the Pixel 3 series, Pixel 3a series also added Pixel 4 series and Pixel 2 series four models. Google also promised to get more equipment to support in 2020. It is reported that Google’s video game streaming media platform will be launched on November 19, 2019, some Android and iOS devices can access the Stadia application.
The Stadia application will have two separate layers of usability. One layer of all mobile devices (including iPhone, iPad, and Android devices compatible with the app) can be used to download the app, create a game account, purchase games through the app, and more. Most devices running Android M (and higher) or iOS 11 (and higher) will work.
The first support device in Google Stadia includes:
On a TV
- A Google account
- Not compatible with Google for Work, Google for Education, and certain other managed Google accounts
- Stadia Founder’s Edition, Premiere Edition, or a Stadia Buddy Pass and a Stadia Controller
- Google Chromecast Ultra
- The Stadia app (available on Google Play or in the Apple App Store)
- The Android version requires a mobile device running Android 6.0 or greater
- The iOS version requires an iOS device running iOS 11.0 or greater
- A reliable internet connection (10 Mbps or greater is recommended)
On a computer
- A Google account
- Not compatible with Google for Work, Google for Education, and certain other managed Google accounts
- Stadia Founder’s Edition, Premiere Edition, or a Stadia Buddy Pass
- A computer with a recent version of Chrome browser
- The Stadia app (available on Google Play or in the Apple App Store®)
- The Android version requires a mobile device running Android 6.0 or greater
- The iOS version requires a mobile device running iOS 11.0 or greater
- A reliable internet connection (10 Mbps or greater is recommended)
- A Stadia Controller, a mouse and keyboard, a Playstation® DualShock® 4 Controller, an Xbox One® Controller, or another supported controller.
On a phone
