Google Releases Google Play Services February 2022 Update
In the past, Google did not release news about updates to Google Play services until January 2022, when Google began to record the content of each new version of the update. In the Google Play Services February 2022 Update, Google brings the MMS backup function to all users. In fact, MMS backup has been supported before, but free users can only backup MMS text content. Paid Google One users can back up media content in MMS, until this update for all users, including free users, to back up media.
In this month’s update, Google also upgraded the parental control function. The new version of parental control allows parents to set services such as Google Play as read-only and unchangeable. This function covers the Play Store, Android search, Google Chrome, Google Chrome settings, etc. Children can only check what restrictions parents have placed on the system. The update this month also includes minor tweaks to wallet and wallet balances, contactless payments for wearables, COVID-19 vaccination certificates, and more.
