G.SKILL DDR5 memory frequency reaches to 10000MT/s

Now the frequency of DDR5 memory is increasing much faster than that of DDR4 at that time, most of them were 4800/5200MT/s when they were first launched last year, and now there are many products with frequencies above 6000MHz that have been bought in the market, G.SKILL even has DDR5-8000 CL40-49-49 products, and this memory has a very powerful overclocking ability. Recently, G.SKILL successfully pushed the frequency of this memory to DDR5-10000.

G.SKILL’s Phantom DDR5-8000 high-speed memory is paired with a Core i9-13900K processor and ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 Apex motherboard, BIOS version 0702. The AIDA64 memory test showed excellent data performance, with a read speed of 124 GB/s, a write speed of 120 GB/s, and a copy speed of 118 GB/s. The following are screenshots of the burn-in test and AIDA64 bandwidth test of DDR5-8000 CL40 2x16GB and DDR5-7800 CL38 2x16GB under the same test platform:

Then they teamed up with the ASUS ROG overclocking team, and the overclocker lupin_no_musume used a single 16GB DDR5 memory to push the frequency to 10000 MT/s. It shows the strong overclocking potential of G.Skill DDR5 memory. Of course, this is done in Gear 4 mode, and the timing is quite high, reaching 50-120-120-240.

The above is the CPU-Z screenshot of this overclocking milestone. For more details, please refer to the following CPU-Z site.
