EK and Alphacool launched water cooling heads suitable for professional graphics cards

EK announced the launch of enterprise-level graphics water cooling heads, suitable for NVIDIA A100 and RTX A6000 professional graphics cards. The new graphics card water block belongs to the EK-Pro series, NVIDIA A100 and RTX A6000 professional graphics cards respectively correspond to EK-Pro GPU WB A100-Nickel + Inox and EK-Pro GPU WB RTX A6000-Nickel + Inox. The price is 259.90 euros/269.99 US dollars, which is higher than general consumer products.

These water blocks use a CNC-processed nickel-plated copper base, a laser-cut on the stainless steel top, a proprietary design, and low-pressure flow restriction to dissipate heat in critical areas such as GPU, VRAM, and VRM (voltage regulation module), provides a powerful cooling solution to extend the service life of components. Since the water cooling head has only a single groove thickness and the compatibility of installation is considered at the beginning of the design, such as arranging the water cooling interface at the rear, which is convenient for users with multiple NVIDIA A100 and RTX A6000 professional graphics cards, and can be installed in a 4U chassis.

Recently, in addition to EK, Alphacool has also launched the Eisblock ES Acetal GPX water block for NVIDIA RTX A6000 professional graphics card at a price of 139.99 euros. This water cooling head is specially designed for narrow chassis, saving width and height as much as possible, but it still has a back panel, and the water cooling interface is also arranged at the rear.

In addition, Alphacool also launched an Eisblock Aurora acrylic GPX water block for MSI Radeon RX 6700 XT Gaming X graphics card, the price is 139.99 euros. The thickness of the thermal pad is reduced to 1 mm, the nickel-plated copper metal is also reduced from 7 mm to 5.5 mm, and the pipeline is optimized with a back plate.
