Cherry releases KW X ULP ultra-thin mechanical keyboard

German manufacturer Cherry announces the launch of the KW X ULP ultra-thin mechanical keyboard, offering an unparalleled typing experience. Cherry asserts that this dynamic new device employs their MX Ultra Low Profile (ULP) mechanical switches, with a height of merely 3.5mm, 70% lower than standard MX mechanical switches. Despite its slender form factor, it still delivers a complete mechanical typing sensation.

The KW X ULP ultra-thin mechanical keyboard showcases an elegant design, featuring a black surface with an anodized and milled aluminum top plate, silver edges, and fashionable monochrome backlighting. It serves as an eye-catching addition to any desk while offering the same precision and durability as previous standard mechanical keyboards.

This keyboard is a tri-mode connectivity product, supporting 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.2, and USB wired connections, with multi-device capabilities. It can connect to up to four devices simultaneously, with two via Bluetooth, one 2.4GHz wireless connection, and one USB wired connection. Users can effortlessly switch between devices using the F1-F4 keys, controlling the corresponding device, while a color LED light displays the currently active device. The keyboard’s backlighting is adjustable within ten levels or can be entirely turned off, while the RGB LED light in the Cherry key indicates battery status during charging.

The CHERRY KW X ULP ultra-thin mechanical keyboard is now available for purchase on Amazon at a price of $249.99. The KW X ULP ultra-thin mechanical keyboard utilizes plastic-free packaging, including recyclable cardboard, silk paper wrapping, and paper seals.
