ASUS Releases TUF Gaming VG34VQL3A Curved Gaming Monitor
ASUS has announced the expansion of its TUF Gaming product lineup with the introduction of the new VG34VQL3A, an ultra-wide curved gaming monitor. ASUS articulates that this new offering, tailor-made for gamers and immersive gameplay, promises an exceedingly engrossing gaming experience.
The TUF Gaming VG34VQL3A perpetuates the design style that has characterized the series’ gaming monitors in recent years. Its overall dimensions are 808 x (411~541) x 250 mm, and it weighs 8.1kg (including the stand). The monitor features a 21:9 VA panel with LED backlighting, providing a viewing angle of 178 degrees and a curvature of 1500R. It offers a resolution of 3440 x 1440, a response time (GtG) of 1ms, a refresh rate of 180Hz, a peak brightness of 400 cd/m², a contrast ratio of 4000:1, and covers 125% of the sRGB color space. It has garnered VESA DisplayHDR 400 and TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light certifications and supports ASUS’ Extreme Low Motion Blur (ELMB) technology, HDR10, AMD Freesync Premium Pro, and adaptive sync.
In terms of outputs and inputs, this monitor equips a DisplayPort 1.4a port, two HDMI 2.0 ports, a headphone jack, and two 2W stereo speakers. Thanks to its integrated USB hub functionality, it also offers three additional USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports for convenient peripheral connectivity. Its ergonomically designed stand offers a tilt range from -5 to 20 degrees, rotation from -25 to 25 degrees, and a height adjustment of 0 to 130mm. Moreover, the monitor supports a 100 x 100mm VESA wall mount, enhancing its versatility.
