ASUS announces the new ProArt Portable Monitor PA147CDV, a creative tool designed to empower and simplify creative workflows for creators. At the NAB 2022 equipment exhibition in April this year, this product appeared in the new ProArt Creator display lineup exhibited by ASUS, and it received a lot of attention.
PA147CDV uses a 14-inch IPS panel with a display ratio of 32:9, supports 10-point multi-touch, and Microsoft Pen Protocol 2.0 stylus. ASUS says the panel is pre-calibrated with a color standard of less than 2 Delta E, covers 100% of the sRGB and Rec 709 color gamut, and has been Calman-validated for exceptional color performance. Additionally, the monitor supports ASUS Dial virtual trackpad knobs and a customizable control panel that can be used to support shortcuts in Adobe creative software.
ASUS said that the PA147CDV is fully equipped in all aspects, providing a specially designed mechanical stand, equipped with an HDMI and two USB-C ports, which can fully meet the needs of creation, and provide comprehensive support and helps streamline creative workflows in and out of the studio. Creators can make the PA147CDV easy to carry and use as a secondary screen, the mechanical stand allows users to adjust the tilt angle for the perfect viewing or working position.
ASUS is also partnering with Adobe to enhance creative workflows through the Creative Cloud suite of applications and services. Customers who purchase the PA147CDV in select regions also enjoy a three-month Adobe CC subscription, access to more than 20 applications including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, and 100 GB of cloud storage.
The PA147CDV is expected to be available at the end of September this year, and the price is not yet known.
