ASUS launched GeForce RTX 3070 LHR graphics card
Some time ago, ASUS submitted more than 100 new graphics card models to the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), covering the entire GeForce RTX 30 series graphics cards, including the latest GeForce RTX 3080 Ti/RTX 3070 Ti, and GeForce RTX 30 series LHR version and CMP HX series products. It can be seen that, as the largest board manufacturer in the PC hardware field, ASUS has a very rich product line with a wide range of models.
According to VideoCardz reports, ASUS has begun to gradually add these new graphics card models to the official website recently, involving the GeForce RTX 30 series LHR version. These graphics cards with the new version of GPU are what Nvidia calls the lock-up version, which aims to limit the use of cryptocurrency by miners, hoping to improve the supply of graphics cards in the market. This time ASUS has added six GeForce RTX 3070 LHR graphics cards, including DUAL, TUF, KO, and TURBO series product lines, including RTX 3070 LHR 8 GB DUAL OC V2, RTX 3070 LHR 8 GB KO V2 OC, and RTX 3070 LHR 8 GB TUF X2 OC, etc. The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti / RTX 3080 LHR version has not been seen yet, and it is expected to be announced in the next few days.
According to previous rumors, Nvidia requires the use of GeForce RTX 30 series LHR graphics cards to be marked as different from the previous version. ASUS added “V2” to the graphics card model to indicate the difference. At the same time, the product description also added LHR (Lite Hash Rate) introduction information, and the package also has the LHR logo, which seems to follow the rumors suggested by Nvidia. In addition, the parameter specifications have not changed compared with the old version.
