AMD announced that FSR 2.0 technology is now available for 101 games

AMD’s FSR 2.0 super-resolution technology was only launched in May this year, but its update frequency is very fast. It updated FSR 2.1 in September. When the Radeon RX 7900 series graphics card was launched last month, the FSR 2.2 update was also launched. Compared with the old version, it has enhanced the picture quality of the game, especially in high frame rate games.

The promotion speed of this technology is also very fast. Last week, AMD announced that FSR 2 is already available in 97 games. Today, this number has increased to 101. As for the entire FSR technology, 230 games have already provided support, and this figure does not include those who provide support through third-party patches. It can be said that FSR is a very popular technology.

AMD announced that FSR2 has just been added to the next-generation version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Next-gen and Cyberpunk 2077 and the upcoming Dead Island 2 game. At the same time, NVIDIA’s DLSS technology is now supported by more than 250 games. Of course, AMD also announced the FSR 3 technology that is aligned with DLSS 3, and unlike DLSS 3, which only supports RTX 40 series graphics cards, AMD’s FSR 3 can support a full range of graphics cards.

In addition, AMD also announced that 3DMark software will soon provide FSR 2.2 test items. With this tool, players can intuitively see the game frame rate changes in different configuration files. In fact, there are already dedicated test items for NVIDIA DLSS and Intel XeSS in the 3DMark software.
