3DMark is available on the Epic Games Store
UL Solutions has announced that as of June 20, 2023, 3DMark, a benchmarking tool for PCs, is available for purchase via the Epic Games Store. This instrument enables gaming enthusiasts, overclockers, and individuals contemplating system construction to comprehend their hardware performance. Given its extensive set of benchmarks, tests, and features, 3DMark is well-equipped to assess the performance capabilities of gaming PCs.
If 3DMark is procured through the Epic Games Store, it includes all 3DMark GPU and CPU benchmarks released since the inception of this application over the past decade. Its most recent GPU benchmark, “Speed Way”, utilizes the latest DirectX 12 Ultimate API on Windows 10 and Windows 11 to test ray tracing gaming performance. However, 3DMark offers more than just benchmarking tools. It enables users to ascertain system stability through stress tests, explore how novel engine technologies impact visual effects and performance via interactive mode, and compete against other top-performing PCs in the 3DMark community, vying for a coveted spot in the 3DMark Hall of Fame.
The 3DMark Storage Benchmark DLC, a specialized storage benchmark, measures the performance of the fastest PC storage hardware in gaming-related tasks. It supports all the latest storage technologies and focuses on the true gaming performance of SSDs. This component is available for separate purchase within the Epic Games Store.
From the launch until June 27, 2023, 3DMark is available in the Epic Games Store at a price of just $8.75, while the 3DMark Storage Benchmark DLC is priced at $2.99.
