Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18999 ISO image is available for downloading
Microsoft has released the Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18999 to the Fast Ring channel, and Microsoft also provides image file downloads of this version. Providing this version of the image is mainly because Microsoft believes that this beta version is relatively stable, so you can make a mirror release for users to download and deploy directly. Those who are interested in the beta version can also experience it directly in the virtual machine. Based on the stability considerations, we do not recommend the physical machine installation beta.

Your Phone app – unveiling Calls, now even more ways to stay connected to what matters
With the Calls feature you can:
- Answer incoming phone calls on your PC.
- Initiate phone calls from your PC using in-app dialer or contact list.
- Decline incoming phone calls on your PC with custom text or send directly to your phone’s voicemail.
- Access your recent call history on your PC. Clicking on a specific call will auto populate the number within the dialer screen.
