Nvidia claims that the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti laptop will help manufacturers build the fastest gaming laptop in history, with even better performance than TITAN RTX on the desktop platform. It has 7424 CUDA cores, the frequency is between 1125MHz and 1590MHz, the memory width is 256 bits, the memory is 16GB GDDR6, and the TGP can be defined between 80W and 150W. It remains to be confirmed whether the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti laptop version uses GA103 GPU for the first time.
The GeForce RTX 3070 Ti laptop version uses GA104 GPU, with 5888 CUDA cores, the frequency is between 1035MHz and 1485MHz, the video memory width is 256 bits, the video memory is 8GB GDDR6, and the TGP can be defined between 80W and 125W. Nvidia said that the overall performance of this GPU is 70% better than GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER.

Nvidia also introduced the fourth-generation Max-Q technology, in which CPU Optimizer changes the performance, power, and temperature of the CPU under different conditions to make more room for Nvidia GPUs to display their performance. Rapid Core Scaling can make the GPU aware of the real-time requirements of the application and use only some of the cores, instead of all cores, so that the cores that need to be used can run at higher power consumption and frequency which is mainly for computationally intensive applications like Adobe Premiere Pro. Battery Boost 2.0 is to ensures excellent performance while getting longer battery life without plugging in, which can increase by up to 70%.
Nvidia said that the first batch of manufacturers equipped with GeForce RTX 3070 Ti/RTX 3080 Ti laptop GPUs include Dell Alienware, Razer, Asus, and MSI.
