KLEVV releases three M.2 SSDs: the maximum sequential read speed is 7400MB/s

KLEVV recently released three solid-state drives: CRAS C730, CRAS C910, and CRAS C930, among which CRAS C910 and CRAS C930 can be equipped with radiators.
The size of CRAS C730 is 80x22x4mm, supports PCIe 3.0×4 rate, the maximum continuous reading speed is 3700MB/s, and the continuous writing speed is 2800MB/s; the maximum 4K random read is 240K IOPS, and the 4K random write is 350K IOPS; the controller uses Realtek RTS5762, adopts 3D TLC NAND flash memory, and has DRAM cache. C730 has three versions: 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB, TWB is 320, 640, and 1280 respectively.

The specification of CRAS C910 is 2280. When the radiator is not installed, the thickness of the hard disk is 2.2mm. After installing the radiator, KLEVV said that the temperature can be reduced by 10%, and the thickness of the hard disk also reached 3.1mm. CRAS C910 supports PCIe 4.0×4 rate, the maximum continuous reading speed is 5000MB/s, and the continuous writing speed is 4800MB/s; the maximum 4K random read is 830K IOPS, and the 4K random write is 670K IOPS; the controller uses InnoGrit IG5220 and 3D TLC NAND flash memory. CRAS C910 has two versions: 500GB and 1TB, and TBW are 350 and 700 respectively.

CRAS C930 supports PCIe 4.0 and NVMe1.4 protocol, the specification is 2280. A heat sink can also be selected. When the heat sink is not installed, the thickness of the hard disk is 3.2mm. After the heat sink is installed, KLEVV said that the temperature can be reduced by 20%, and the thickness of the hard disk has also reached 8.7mm. The maximum continuous reading speed of CRAS C930 is 7400MB/s, and the continuous writing speed is 6800MB/s; the maximum 4K random write and read is 1000K IOPS, and the 4K random write is also 1000K IOPS; the controller uses InnoGrit IG5236, adopts 3D TLC NAND flash memory, and configures DRAM cache. CRAS C930 has two versions: 1TB and 2TB, TBW are 750 and 1500 respectively.

CRAS C730, C910, and C930 all support intelligent SLC cache algorithm, S.M.A.R.T hard disk self-monitoring, and AES-256 encryption technology.
