Apple turns off the iOS 14.2/14.2.1 signing process

It has been confirmed that Apple has immediately closed the signing process for iOS 14.2 and iOS 14.2.1, which means that iOS 14.3 can no longer be downgraded to iOS 14.2 and iOS 14.2.1. After the iOS 14.2 and iOS 14.2.1 verification channels are closed, the only possible downgrade now is to roll back from iOS 14.4 Beta to iOS 14.3.

Earlier, some users complained about the official version of iOS 14.2, which resulted in shorter battery life and rapid battery consumption. Some users claimed that more than 50% of the power was lost in less than 30 minutes after upgrading iOS 14.2, and a sharp drop of about 5% was visible to the naked eye within a few minutes of normal use. The affected devices are mainly: iPhone X, XS, 7, 6S, etc.

However, some users who have already upgraded to iOS 14.3 also complained that it is not as easy to use as iOS 14.2. The specific manifestations are stuck, the noise reduction of the headset is not as good as before, and the signal is poor.
