AMD is preparing a new RDNA 3 architecture graphics card

At present, AMD has released only one Navi 31 based on the RDNA 3 architecture GPU on the desktop platform, which is used for high-end Radeon RX 7900 series graphics cards. In contrast, competitor Nvidia has released a number of GPUs with new architectures, gradually approaching the mainstream market.

Recently, Twitter user @harukaze5719 revealed that AMD has submitted the latest graphics card motherboard number to South Korea RAA, the certification information is displayed as “D707”, and there are multiple SUKs, indicating that there will be many derivative products, such as models for workstations. For reference, the Radeon RX 7900 XTX is numbered D702, while the Radeon RX 7900 XT is numbered D704. The motherboard number of the graphics card does not contain any GPU information, so there is no way to specifically confirm whether it is the Radeon RX 7800 series or the Radeon RX 7600 series and whether it is equipped with Navi 32 or Navi 33.

Radeon RX 7600M XT

AMD brought the Radeon RX 7000 series of laptop graphics cards at this year’s CES 2023 keynote speech, based on the Navi 33 chip manufactured by TSMC’s 6nm process, and related products have been seen in succession recently.

Navi 33 corresponds to the Radeon RX 7600 series on the desktop platform, which is divided into Radeon RX 7600 XT and Radeon RX 7600, which may appear earlier than Navi 32.
According to previous news, Radeon RX 7600 XT is equipped with 32 CUs, 2048 stream processors, 32MB Infinity Cache, and 8GB of GDDR6 video memory. The memory interface width is 128 bits, the memory rate is 18Gbps, the game frequency and acceleration frequency are around 2.5GHz and 2.8GHz respectively, the FP32 computing performance is 23 TFLOPs, and the power consumption of the whole card is 180W. The number of CUs of Radeon RX 7600 is 28, the number of corresponding stream processors is also reduced to 1792, the Infinity Cache is 32MB, 8GB of GDDR6 memory, the memory interface width is 128 bits, and the memory rate is 16Gbps. The game frequency and acceleration frequency are around 2.3GHz and 2.6GHz respectively, the FP32 computing performance is 18.6 TFLOP, and the power consumption of the whole card is 140W.
