ADATA announced the launch of the new XPG HURRICANE high-performance cooling fan. The new series includes two sizes, the XPG HURRICANE ARGB
120mm PWM and the XPG HURRICANE ARGB
140mm PWM, designed for users who require top-notch cooling performance and aesthetics.

With the all-in-one water-cooled radiator and XPG VENTO series fans, XPG’s cooling product line has made great strides, culminating in the introduction of the XPG VENTO PRO fan. However, XPG VENTO PRO is not equipped with ARGB lights, which cannot satisfy some users who like lighting effects, but the new XPG HURRICANE fan can meet this demand.
The rotational speeds of the XPG HURRICANE ARGB 120mm PWM and XPG HURRICANE ARGB 140mm PWM are 2000 RPM and 1800 RPM respectively. ADATA claims that the targeted design makes it more efficient to dissipate heat compared to similar products. The new cooling fan uses Fluid Dynamic Bearings (FDB) for smoother luck, lower power consumption and noise, and longer life. The fan blades incorporate a patented dual-layer design to improve heat dissipation, and the main and booster blades work together to enhance airflow and static pressure while minimizing wind resistance.
The overall size of XPG HURRICANE ARGB 120mm PWM is 120mm x 120mm x 25mm, the rotation speed is between 600 and 2000 RPM±10%, the maximum air volume is 61.5 CFM, the maximum air pressure is between 1.42 mmH2O, and the noise value is 18.17 dB(A). The overall size of the XPG HURRICANE ARGB 140mm PWM is 140mm x 140mm x 25mm, the maximum air volume is 91 CFM, and the maximum air pressure is between 2.2 mmH2O, and the noise value is 28.1 dB(A).
The XPG HURRICANE fan’s dual-ring LEDs provide a captivating light effect, allowing the XPG HURRICANE to strike a balance between thermal performance and aesthetic design. This fan supports XPG’s custom software XPG PRIME for settings and is also compatible with ARGB control software from most major motherboard manufacturers. Users can easily customize
ARGB lighting effects and synchronize settings for multiple fans.
