Lenovo unveils new ThinkVision monitors

Although there is still some time before CES, Lenovo has announced several new products. In addition to products such as ThinkPad notebooks, Lenovo also released two distinctive ThinkVision commercial monitors.

The first model is the ThinkVision P32p-30, a 31.5-inch 4K display with an IPS panel that can achieve a 1000:1 contrast ratio and a maximum brightness of 350 nits. The color gamut covers 100% sRGB and 95% DCI-P3. As for the refresh rate, it is 60Hz. Its response time is 6ms, but you can set the extreme mode to get it as low as 4ms.

In terms of interfaces, this monitor is equipped with two HDMI 2.0, one DisplayPort 1.4, two Thunderbolt 4, and two USB 3.2 (Gen 1) Type-A and RJ45 network interfaces. At the same time, this monitor also supports Lenovo’s VoIP suite for easy online meetings.

The second monitor, the ThinkVision P49w-30, is wider, with a screen diagonal of 49 inches and a resolution of 5120×1440. Also equipped with an IPS panel, its contrast ratio is as high as 2000:1, and the highest brightness is 350 nits like the P32p-30. The color gamut covers 98% of DCI-P3 and 100% of sRGB, which is slightly higher than that of the P32p-30.

The interface configuration of P49w-30 is more luxurious. It has two HDMI 2.1, one DisplayPort 1.4, two Thunderbolt 4, four USB3.2 (Gen 1) Type-A, one USB3.2 (Gen 1) Type-C interface that supports 15W charging, and one RJ45 interface. In addition, the P49w-30 has dual speakers, which the P32p-30 does not have.

Lenovo says the two monitors will go on sale in April next year. Thinking that there are so many new products before CES has officially started, maybe Lenovo will bring more good news when CES starts.
