Modern icons redesigned by Microsoft now appear in Windows Insider

Microsoft announced as early as last December that it would redesign more than 100 icons for Windows products. Since then, Microsoft has been working to transform its original ugly design products. Now, it seems that the icon is about to be launched for mass consumers.

Microsoft has pushed a newly designed modern icon onto his taskbar. These modern icons are the result of Microsoft’s previously announced work to redesign the icons, but they are currently only displayed on the taskbar.

Unfortunately, these icons are currently only pushed to Windows Insider users. It is even more regrettable that Microsoft has not pushed all the 100 icons they have redrawn. However, all new icons are expected to be available to Windows Insider users as soon as possible in the next week or two.

Microsoft may make some fine-tuning based on feedback from Windows Insider users on the new ico. It will eventually be pushed to all users.

However, we do not know whether users using the Windows 10 19H2 Update or earlier can receive the push of the new icon, so we have to wait for Microsoft to announce whether to update to the latest version before it can be used.
